Allow EiE to change icons for each state

EiE would like to be able to edit the icons for states on ShineYourEye

Do they want the same icon for all areas or one different icon for each?

We think it would be good to understand what kinds of icons they're using here, and why they might change? How do these icons help the end user?

At the moment my thought is that we should just ask them to email us new icons when they want them changed and we'll apply that. (Or we can add the avatar icons for each place and explain to them how to make a pull request on GitHub's website, but I think probably emailing us new icons is the best option.)
