[docsy] Getting started section needs rework

During the design of the new Getting started section, there was a misunderstanding of the purpose of such a section. Getting started is always (for all CNCF and Google websites I've worked on) geared towards an adopter. Contributors are not considered in this docs flow path, but instead are directed to contribution guidelines, when those are available.

Consider moving the contributor page elsewhere (i.e., no under Getting started).

There was some initial thread of discussion about this. I'll try to find it and add it here if/when I do.
