I'm in the very not trivial process of moving rimage back into sof (#8178) and I don't want that to bump rimage at the same time.

The HAS_CMSIS_CORE kconfig warning is unrelated, a (2nd) fix has already been submitted to zephyr

If any, the fact that so many patches have been made and yet nobody submitted the changes to SOF, is clear indication we need to roll rimage back to SOF.
