CSV Data for complete set of certificates not updated #1682

Expected Behaviour

On https://certificates.theodi.org/en/datasets when I select Download complete set as CSV a set of current data should be provided.

Current Behaviour (for problems)

Currently the CSV shows 96 Australian certificates however a recent Campaign generated over 2000 certificates - see https://certificates.theodi.org/en/datasets?utf8=✓&search=&datahub=&level=&jurisdiction=au

Is the CSV generation step scheduled? If so what frequency?

Steps to Reproduce (for problems)

Go to https://certificates.theodi.org/en/datasets
select Download complete set as CSV
filter the AU jurisdiction certificates to determine the number reported
compare number to search results

Environment name and version Safari 11.1.1
Operating System and version: macOS High Sierra 10.13.5
