Report a problem button typo #1445

From a certificate page if you select the, "Report a problem" link, the screen displayed has a typo on the button.

It would also help to be clear where the report will go:

to the ODI*,
the publishing organisation, or
the person who earned the certificate.

(* that's where is goes)
