I expected to be able to delete rows and columns in my spreadsheet and for this to not affect Zapier sending data to Bothan.
Current Behaviour (for problems)
After asking Zapier to set up a Zap to read from a worksheet, it looks like any changes to the worksheet structure can cause problems with how Zapier reads the structure of the spreadsheet.
For example:
While setting up a Zap, I removed a column in a worksheet. The column wasn't associated with any action in Zapier. As I was setting up actions I realised that the data I was seeing was being read from the wrong columns.
Similarly, while testing a "New Spreadsheet Row" integration, I deleted some test data from a spreadsheet. Zapier then failed to properly recognise further updates to the spreadsheet, and when it did, it sent older cached data.
The only approach I've seen is to delete and recreate the entire Zap. But there may be other workarounds.
This may be a Zapier limitation, but the issue is worth documenting.
For example, I think it means that you have to setup your spreadsheets in a certain way, e.g. with a worksheet dedicated to Zapier, rather than just reading from arbitrary worksheets that might get changed in other ways.
