Subject: [PATCH] feat(cli): Overhaul UI, friendlier to both CI/scripts and
 interactive use

See chore/refactor commits since last release. Most of the work was
copied from CaSILE and wouldn't otherwise show up in the changelog,
hence an empty commit for the sake of the changelog.
