This addon no longer works with ember-cli 2.13.0

I know this project is deprecated but it no longer works with ember cli >= 2.13.0 due to a dependency issue, once the downstream ember-binding-macros addon fix is merged (cowboyd/ember-binding-macros#1) and released, update this addon to use new ember-binding-macros version

I also would like to say emberx-range-input is pretty similar to this addon & supports modern ember https://github.com/thefrontside/emberx-range-input
