Fix for getting the correct temperature decimal, even if temperature and/or humidity alerts have been set.

What is it with the actions the last few days? ;) First brownouts for macos-10.15, now

E: The repository 'http://mirrors.kernel.org/ubuntu hirsute Release' does not have a Release file.

Hopefully the 404 will be gone soon - server heat stroke or something.

I wonder why the GitHub actions in build.yml and PR_build.yml specifically add the hirsute repository. This is for Ubuntu 21.04, which has been end of life since January 2022, so probably this release is being removed from the repositories?
