Sequences: Add markers

Markers are very handy but limited to localStorage, please integrate into Sequences.

• Reference StudioHistoricStateSequenceEditorMarker as type (should be within core)
• Add markers to Sequence
• Add markers to SheetState_Historic
• Import from JSON
• Export to JSON

I'm not sure what you're asking?

I mean whenever I sequence an object from the outline menu,it calls a function and stores it through historic right using selectedPropsByObject and tracksbyObject and trackdata for eachobject props like position x,y etc
