We need to revisit file locations in general. See #84. It's probably not worth testing until we get that all figured out.

I forget the specific questions that were open, but for my money, I think having the app and data all in one folder that can be downloaded and then run locally would be the major win. NetLogo seems to work that way, for example. Would that work?
