Rename dvlpr-color-theme.json to DVLPR-color-theme.json.

Yea, I guess it has something to do with linux being picky about caps. I guess to fix this, this should be changed to lowercase

Same over here, the solution to change the case of the letters worked.

Yep. Serious operating systems are case-sensitive.
