Feature request: Outlines or gradients at the borders #121

After guessing two countries that share a border, they may have the same or similar colors, and I can no longer see the shape of each country. I'd like to see the country borders, ideally as an option or a toggle.

It should be subtle. I appreciate how nice it looks now with contiguous countries filled in, so I would want the borders displayed lightly lined in a similar color or shaded, e.g. as a gradient.

If this isn't possible because the shapes would be super janky, or they would chatter when zooming, then don't do it (yet).

I discovered the existing feature Rainbow color mode that helps show the country boundaries. This issue can be closed at your discretion.

When not playing on rainbow mode it can be hard to tell where a new country popped in. Some form of an outline or edge indicator would be appreciated.
