PXE install Debian from MacBook Air to Dell XPS 13

The Goal:

1. Using vagrant with Ansible
2. Run bootp/dhcp/tftp inside docker container
3. pxe boot from Dell to Macbook Air via direct connect USB/Firewire Ethernet
4. Automate debian install using preseed.cfg
