Describe the bug
When using advanced tables with the new editor and with the "Bind enter to table navigation" option disabled, pressing the enter key still starts a table.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Activate Advanced Tables.
  2. Go to settings. Disable "Bind enter to table navigation"
  3. Open a file. Create a line | foo
  4. Press enter.

Expected behavior
The text should be as follows:

| foo

Actual behavior
The text becomes:

| foo |
| --- |
|     |

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: macOS, iOS
  • Obsidian Version: v0.13.19
  • Advanced Tables Version: 0.15.0
