github action to publish dbt data warehouse #13

on merge to production and if the raw tables have been updated:

rerun data generation process in dbt (target: prod)
update docs (target: prod)

on PR to develop:

generate dw on branch schema
run tests
on merge to develop, delete branch schema

on merge to production:

run dbt tests on prod target
