Have the following filters be available to select filter the tabs them-self (rather than items). Have it filter by the following parameters:

Hide remove-only tabs (checkbox)
stash tab type (as a spinner, e.g. regular tab, premium tab, map tab, unique tab, etc.)
hide empty tabs (checkbox)
