This PR is intended to bring the code quality/metrics support up to that of Test Kitchen core. This includes:

  • Freshen .travis.yml
  • Update project dependencies (swap out Tailor for Rubocop via finstyle)
  • Update Rakefile
  • Add Guard support
  • Remediate style failures
  • Wire in style checks to Travis runs
