Thank you for the review. I updated the required provider version for the regular provider. Should the beta provider be aligned? I don't think it is necessary but might prevent confusion on why the version requirements differ.

Yeah, while it's not technically required, I would recommend we keep them version matched to minimize confusion.

When applying changes to
module.example.module.workload_identity.google_service_account.cluster_service_account[0],
provider "provider[\"registry.terraform.io/hashicorp/google\"]" produced an
unexpected new value: Root object was present, but now absent.

This is a bug in the provider, which should be reported in the provider's own
issue tracker.
