Rust requires libllvm < 16.

Will say:

I get the following when doing pkg install rust:

 rust : Depends: libllvm (< 16) but 16.0.0-1 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

My libllvm version is 16.0.0.-1. I don't know what I'm doing.
