Getting error "Internal server error" while running tt-smi on aus-glx-04, aus-glx-08 and aus-glx-09.
These hosts have been flashed with the latest firmware with tt-smi version 3.0.0

Looks like it needs a try/catch block around the query to the server for version checking, do these systems not have internet access or was this a transitory issue?
