想要的能力是

机器人多媒体文件资源接收

基于想要的能力，能够实现的是

在频道里进行多轮对话，对话中包涵各种文件资源。机器人可以直接或者间接获取文件资源及相关文字进行存储学习

如果未提供该能力，造成的影响是

机器人无法根据用户给出的文件，给用户正确的答案。(无法更好的使用ai)
