想要的能力是

上传本地图片

基于想要的能力，能够实现的是

我正在实现一个五子棋游戏的机器人，需要将本地生成的五子棋棋盘图片发送到频道中

如果未提供该能力，造成的影响是

游戏无法进行

看到 openapi 是有类似接口实现的，但是目前 go sdk 并未提供对应的接口，不知道是否有相关计划
