[Bug] URL to role metadata in README.md broken

Description

The README.md links to the Ansible Galaxy role metadata documentation. But the location from the URL is unknown and redirects to the Ansible Galaxy starting page. It seems that they replaced their Ansible Galaxy web interface and deprecated the old interface. But the old interface is available under https://old-galaxy.ansible.com.

Reproduction steps

1. Open the README and go to the section templating
2. Click the role metadata URL.

Current Behavior

Redirect to https://galaxy.ansible.com/ui/.

Expected Behavior

Open the still existing documentation under https://old-galaxy.ansible.com/docs/contributing/creating_role.html#role-metadata.
