Documentation check: time overriding using special metadata #429

STH allows overriding the time a given attribute is inserted in database using a given metadata (which name I don't remember right now :) on the notification.

We should check this mechanism is correctly described in database. In positive case, just close this issue. In negative case, modify documentation accordingly.
