Expected Behavior

Expected to install task from catalog

Actual Behavior

Error: unknown command "hub" for "tkn"
Run 'tkn --help' for usage.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Go to https://hub.tekton.dev/tekton/Task/git-clone/0.6
  2. click on install
  3. copy the command from Install using tkn
  4. in my case command was "tkn hub install task git-clone --version 0.6"

Additional Info

raw files from GitHub also not loading

Now raw files are able to load, It was failing to load before.

Hi @Su-HackZ, which version of the Tekton CLI (tkn) are you using?

The error message Error: unknown command "hub" for "tkn" suggests that you might be using a very old tkn version. The hub command was added in v0.14.0 in November 2020, and the latest release is currently v0.31.1.

For your second issue:

raw files from GitHub also not loading

Can you elaborate on what problem you're having? What command(s) are you running and what error are you seeing trying to use these files?

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale with a justification.
Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
If this issue is safe to close now please do so with /close with a justification.
If this issue should be exempted, mark the issue as frozen with /lifecycle frozen with a justification.
