I started work on adding a RISC-V version of ESPxRGB (ESPvRGB) a while back and it led to, I believe, some tighter algos, but would also need reconsidering the API. The overall code would be smaller, but might be a couple of cycles longer per call. The API, I hope, would be considered simpler. The code translates back to Xtensa quite well.

I've also been thinking about packaging, soon, two versions. I've also considered an ARM version too: This, along with ideas on the API, are areas I am no expert. Ideas and feedback would be most helpful.
