In my repository, I need to run tests in several TeX Live releases, and I ran into one problem: some packages change across different TeX Live releases, so it is complicated to make TeX Live installation succeed with all TeX Live releases, if there is only one package-file. It would be nice if there is an ignore-missing option (which changes PackageNotFound message from error to warning).
