Camcorder skips frames when recording video

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.record a video ~30 seconds
2.replay the video on the phone and on a computer
3.you will see the video freezing once in a while.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Continous playback of the video

What version of Android are you using? Which ROM? Which build/release?
