What happened : (did not try to reproduce)

Invited a new person (personB) to multiple channels. After 5 or so, the invitations stopped working : on my client (personA), personB did not appear in the invited, and on personB's client, there are no invitations.

Looking in network, the /invite request returns 429 (Too Many Requests). That explains that it's not working.
Why am I getting 429 ?
Once I start having them, the retries look very fast, so it probably explains that I get 429. Don't know what started them.

Don't know if it was present in 2.3.7
