Introducing CMS component

• Introducing the admin panel of our NotifyOne system, the CMS dashboard.
• The CMS currently provides event and app management and template management.

Components are now available as git submodules

• The components (gateway, core and handler) have been added as git submodules for better dependency management.
• It makes the quick setup and production deployment easy as explicit management of the release tags for the components is not required any more.
