As a suggestion.

Some youtube's video which has 1080p or 4k usually separated from audio. This can be merged with mp4box. ffmpeg seems overkill for this task but that's just my opinion.

But that needs NDK. I'll try some other Java implementations like this https://github.com/sannies/mp4parser
