ComSig needs to be updated to new signature API

Specifically, we should make the default signing method deprecated, and make it obvious that the nonces should be committed in the transcript

This is informally deprecated in the sense that it's been replaced with commitment-and-public-key signatures in the protocol, but agree that it's a good idea to update it anyway.
