Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The webp format is in wide use, and Strelka does not have tastes for the format or support in scanners such as QR, OCR, Exiftool, or EOF.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add mime/yara tastes for webp.

Assure QR, OCR, and Exiftool support of webp.

Create EOF scanner for webp.

Describe alternatives you've considered
