初始化时无法滚动到指定位置，导致数据没有回显

To Reproduce

当前选中元素有默认值，我根据默认值查找start位置，让其滚动到这个位置，但是初始化创建的时候无法显示文字内容，而知识显示了value的值，当我点击下拉框后再让下拉框消失后才会默认选中value，并且显示文字内容。
这个应该是初始化的时候就显示默认值的内容，而不是显示value值
