Add Tasker plugin to change "Check mail outside app" interval #275

With the Tasker plugin for the NSFW block toggle, I'd imagine this shouldn't be incredibly difficult. If you can point me to the file with the code for the existing plugin, I'd be happy to give it a shot myself.
