Which @taiga-ui/* package(s) are relevant/releated to the feature request?

Description

If for example tuiHintDirection is set to bottom and there is no space available, Taiga chooses where to position the Hint element instead. This is very limiting: I would like to pass in a list of priorities, e.g. ['bottom', 'top'] that get checked one-by-one.
