建议改一下滚轮相关的事件吧（可能是我个人操作习惯把，有点不太适应）：

滚动条操作	视图操作
滚轮滚动	上下滚动
shift + 滚轮滚动	左右滚动
ctrl + 滚轮滚动	缩放
