Summary

With new pagination for GET /v1/admin/tickers/:tickerID/messages we need to rework the fetching, scrolling and refreshing of messages in ticker-admin

Acceptance Criteria

  • Implement infinite scrolling for messages
  • Add manual refresh button above the messages list
