Improve zhimi.fan.za5 support

After adding zhimi.fan.za5 in the HA attribute this fan not show, but if i am add this fan from Xiaomi MIoT Integration, all attribute show.

The support of the ZA5 is very basic right now. I will improve the device support soon. The screenshots are helpful because of the example values per attribute.

As first step the underlying library (python-miio) must be extended. I need somebody who is able to test the implementation to gain speed. If you own a linux host and if you are able to install a development version of python-miio I would be happy about your support.
