What is going on, is the labeler broken?

Testing the labeler workflow.

The labeler only works inside the body I guess or is it broken?

Interesting, the latest version seems to be 3.4 but it errors out unable to find 3.4

Ok the job is not fixed, the labeler works with the body only and not the title of the issue (though it gets run on title change). https://github.com/sylhare/Type-on-Strap/actions/runs/10200404082
