Include status code in FlickrError Exception #87

Currently only the message is added, although the Flickr exception has code as optional parameter.

For example here:
https://github.com/sybrenstuvel/flickrapi/blob/master/flickrapi/auth.py#L265

Adding the status code will be helpful for specific exceptions that are retriable and will be handled differently than others.
