The user-ID should not be modified too frequently. Only if it has not been set, allow it to be set.
Possibly on first launch of SUTA app - this menu can be shown. It should be non-editable after it has been set once.
It becomes editable again if the user removes all cached data for the app; or a re-install after un-install is done.
