Remove profile PIC from SUTA logic other than first N(configurable) entries #14

While sending user list, profile pic may be sent only for first few users (most common).

For others the app should allow for an empty string - when empty

see if the profile-PIC from last update is available - reuse else substitute with a default image (from Android project's Assets) - on the SUTA App.

Add the asset to project as a small png or bmp file.
