I found it somewhat odd/ironic that I was perusing the new 'thisis' website, reading philosophy and technology blurbs about decentralized ideology and censorship resistance, and then encountering an embedded youtube video that would not play, in-site:
I then wondered if it would be more suitable to embed the video via a non-youtube (ie non-centralized, non-censorable) media service?
A small disclaimer: I am not that well-oriented to either of these projects, but only loosely follow both and, at best, thought it might work... and, at worst, thought it was a reasonable issue/suggestion and someone may corroborate or have a better suggestion. 🐝

One alternative might be to publish the video via @lbryio (lbry blockchain) and subsequently embedding it via spee<h (lbryio/spee.ch on github)...
