Give users the ability to cancel items whose metadata was lost

In the case where a user no longer has their item metadata on their device (perhaps they switched devices), and the item info is no longer on Waku, give the user the ability to cancel the item.

• Item existence and amount can be grabbed from the blockchain.
• The user's item list will need to display the items with lost metadata, and give the user the ability to cancel them, and receive their funds back.
