Update documentation for Swagger-CodeGen Tool

The documentation for the swagger tools is way outdated:

• swagger-editor
• swagger-ui
• swagger-codegen tool

Located in this repository file:
swagger.io/tools-documentation/documentation.md

It can be updated or replaced with the info from the respective repository's Readme:

• swagger-api/swagger-editor
• swagger-api/swagger-ui
• swagger-api/swagger-codegen

Hi @LazaroOnline, what you're pointing to here is not an active branch. There's not need for us to update that. What we'll do instead is remove the stale branch.

What I was referring as outdated was the page itself at:

Independently of where it comes from.
