Right now the emergency phone number is only obligatory for minors.

It was chosen that everyone who signs up for Sticky must be forced to enter an emergency phone number, also when the user is not a minor.

Existing users should not be forced to enter one if they have not already, but a warning or email might to request a phone number might suffice.
