• As an Information Seeker,
• I want the chatbot to provide accurate answers to my questions using a comprehensive knowledge base,
• So that I can quickly find the information I need.

Acceptance criteria:

• The chatbot should be able to understand and respond in multiple languages, ensuring accessibility to a diverse user base.
• The chatbot's response time should be within an acceptable range (3-8 sec), ensuring users don't experience significant delays.
• Test scenarios should confirm that:
  • The chatbot's responses address typical questions posed by Information Seekers (e.g., inquiries about asylum requests, housing, or medical care);
  • If the knowledge base lacks comprehensive information, the
    chatbot should explicitly acknowledge this, inform the information seeker, and offer its best guess.
