Send msg payload as get parameters to endpoint

Feature Request

Hi I'll want to send msg payload as get parameters ( or www-x-form-encoded, or as simple curl options : URL, headers, méthode, post body) to end point ( for old clients who cant afford to upgrade their endpoint)

Motivation

Have the maximal payload flexibility

We support it in cloud with transformations, I wonder how to even approach it in OSS. 🤔
